Tangiblee is a market-leading eCommerce technology start-up that has revolutionized the online shopping experience through interactive solutions such as Virtual Try-On, Room View, and Compare, which are proven to increase retailers’ Conversion Rates, and Order Values, while reducing Returns.

Tangiblee needs an Account Manager who will support retail clients by solving any platform problems big and small, figuring out ways to optimize & improve their existing UX, and most importantly, helping them extract the maximum value from the Tangiblee platform. Tangiblee’s growth is directly related to our clients and the on-going partnerships cultivated!

What’s the job, exactly?

Deliver as much value as possible to our clients, cultivate the partnership, and translate feedback gathered into new product opportunities - The latter drives Tangiblee’s product development and roadmap!

Our Account Managers are responsible for:

  • Defining and delivering on account strategy & plan in partnership with leadership.
  • Managing churn and client success metrics in alignment with our strategy.
  • Driving clients to realize the business value of Tangiblee’s solutions.
  • Leading account review calls, and solving clients’ problems as their point person.
  • Managing the tasking and follow-through of internal teams to best serve Clients.
  • Recommending account optimizations, and managing client expectations.
  • Presenting performance metrics to clients, and surveying client feedback.
  • Identifying and building cases for product optimization, and development.
  • Cultivating a deep bond between clients and Tangiblee based on value served.

An ideal candidate is...
  • Deeply interested in the Tangiblee platform and the eCommerce industry.
  • A communicator first and foremost - You confidently set expectations and follow through with clarity.
  • Extremely organized, and exemplifies a proactive mindset.
  • Passionate about the details, and goes the extra mile to ensure quality first!
  • A college grad with 2+ years of managing client relationships and/or working in a start-up environment.
  • *Bonus* Familiar with Hubspot, G Suite, Trello,  Zeplin, and Adobe Suite!
