Bags Lifestyle Imagery Requirements

Unless otherwise provided by the client, Tangiblee offers a variety of stock model and lifestyle imagery to be used within the Tangiblee solution. Tangiblee’s stock imagery is licensed from either Adobe Stock or Shutterstock.

If you would like to search for or provide your own imagery, please ensure that the following requirements are met:

  • The preferred image quality is at least 5000 x 5000 pixels and 300 dpi.
  • ~~Minimum 3000 pixels for the smallest side.
  • ~~Rule of thumb: The more pixels, the better.
  • Ideally, the width of the image should be equal to the height of the image, so it's easier to work with the proportions of the image when cropping (if necessary), or the width of the image can be greater than the height of the image (proportions 1200 x 1050 pixels).
  • ~~Images that are too vertical are unsuitable when cropped to the widget's size, as the product in the image may be too close to the lens.
  • The planes of a specific platform for the product are as even as possible.
  • The model’s angle corresponds to the angle of the product image on the product page:
  • ~~For example, when at an angle, the backpack should be displayed on the similarly sloping back of the model. When the backpack is facing forward, it should be displayed on a flat back model without tilt.
  • Photography should be front-facing as best as possible
  • The image is entirely in focus (no blurry or out-of-focus areas).

Handbags

  • The model's hand should look like it's holding a bag.
  • ~~A small twist of the wrist or hand prevents the object from being placed correctly.
  • An open hand is not suitable for our bag superimposition.
  • The product placement point should be as close to the center of the photo as possible. Avoid photos where the placement point is in the top/bottom ⅓ of the photo. This allows for optimal use of the Tangiblee zoom function.

Backpacks

  • Planes of the specific area (if placing the backpack on a model’s back) for the product are as flat as possible.
  • The back of the model should match the angle of the backpack image found on the product page (an angled backpack can be shown on an angled back, front-facing backpacks should be shown on a flat, front-facing back)
  • Placement should be centered as much as possible in the photo. Avoid photos where the placement point is in the top/bottom ⅓ of the photo. This allows for optimal use of the Tangiblee zoom function.

Luggage

  • There should be a specific area on the ground to place the luggage, and the plane of the area should match the angle of the luggage image.
  • Photography should be front-facing as best as possible.
  • Placement should be centered as much as possible in the photo. Avoid photos where the placement point is in the top/bottom ⅓ of the photo. This allows optimal use of the Tangiblee zoom function.
  • There should be enough room in the picture to place carry ons, duffel bags, or large pieces of luggage.
