Throughout your partnership with Tangiblee, you’ll connect with many Tangiblee team members across multiple departments, ranging from an Account Executive to our Development team and even our CEO.

Here’s a guide to help:

  • Account Manager - This is your main relationship at Tangiblee and your first line for inquiries. You’ve probably received a few emails from various Account Managers, but if you are unsure whom to reach out to, please email Ryan (ryan@tangiblee.com), the head of our client team, and he will confirm who is, in fact, your Account Manager.
  • Customer Support - For any bug, change request, or issue, please email success@tangiblee.com.
  • Your original Sales Representative can direct you to the right person anytime. Just send them an email.
