- Pain we solved:
- Old flow = users had to stare into the camera with head turned → caused eye strain and confusion.
- New flow = user positions face straight, then rotates head naturally → system captures the right side shot (no forced eye contact).
- Benefits:
- More comfortable experience for users.
- Clearer guidance → less friction, higher completion likelihood.
- Vibration/shutter sound can be added optionally to additionally inform users when the photo is taken.
