Product Imagery Requirements: For Jewelry and Watches

Product processing in Tangiblee is a complex yet crucial task, as it determines the compatibility of your products with our solution.

This article outlines basic recommendations for enhancing input and output quality while covering as many products as possible.

Whether you are moving to the integration phase or seeking to improve the final results, it’s important to ensure the following requirements for your product imagery are met:

• The image resolution should be a minimum of 1000 x 1000 pixels, while a preferred resolution is 2500 x 2500 pixels and 300 PPI/DPI.
  • If the image resolution is lower than specified, it can result in reduced image quality in the widget and associated processing challenges leading to inability of serving a particular SKU.
• The image of your product should have a clear, white/neutral background and present a frontal projection.

At the same time, hoop earrings and pave hoop earrings don't fall under the frontal view rule. Instead, they should be positioned at a half-side angle to showcase the entire product in the most effective way. A side view for the hoop earrings is also acceptable for our solution.

Images Unsuitable for Processing

• Tangiblee does not support products images that are cropped, twisted, folded, unclasped or have a peculiar angle:

Dimensions

To provide seamless processing and accurate representation of your products, we request to include dimension details on PDPs. This is essential for our team to handle each product correctly.

Please take note of the specific dimensions required for each product:

• Pendants and earrings should include height and width details;
• Necklaces should include circumference measurements;
• Watches: diameter information (height and width);
• To process bracelets, we utilize circumference and width;
  • Adjustable wrist bracelets will adhere to standard sizes set by Tangiblee (5.4cm for women and 6.4cm for men) to minimize confusion when specifying dimensions.
• For Rings, we typically use the default sizes: Female - 7, Male - 10, unless otherwise specified.

Note: Jewelry products cannot be labelled according to carat or weight specifications.

Gender information

It is important to have the product gender stated on the PDP to facilitate quick and easy categorization during processing and prevent potential ambiguity or confusion later on.

Requirements for VTOClip/360 and wrist roll

The PDP must have:

• At least one image or video showing the front side of the watch:

• At least one image or video showing the side view, including both the watch and strap:
