Can Tangiblee remove or delete a customer’s Virtual Try On image if requested by customer?
Tangiblee is committed to user privacy and does not collect identifiable personal data such as emails or usernames.
Images captured for the Virtual Try-On experience are temporarily stored and linked to users only via an anonymized cookie.
Users can delete their photo anytime by clicking the “Trash can” icon, permanently removing it from the system.
If not manually deleted, images are automatically removed according to regional regulations (e.g., within 30 days in the EU).
